Shipping & Packaging

We offer the safest shipping and packaging worldwide on all our artworks found in our online gallery, Insurance and Gift wrap is optional and can be selected during checkout, if you need assistance please give us call or contact us via email we usually respond within a day if we are not too busy.

Packaging for sending within Australia or overseas

All our paintings are bubbled wrapped then placed in a mailing (cylinder)  tube and sealed with heavy-duty sticky tape. Express Post shipping is our most recommended choice for delivery for our artworks with many happy customers it has proven to be successful so far.

Delivery within Australia

  • Once we have received payment your order is shipping off same day (if placed before 12:00pm SA Time) if not your order is shipped off the following working day.
  • We use 3 carriers – Australia Post, Australian Air Express (StarTrack) and Freight Express.
  • As we are in a remote location within Australia, delivery times range between 3 – 10 working days.
  • We will email you once the artwork has been dispatched to inform you of the shipping method and estimated delivery time and tracking number if the customer has selected this option during checkout.
  • You are more than welcome to contact us via email or phone and we can give you the information regarding shipping prior to ordering.

Delivery Overseas

  • International shipping depends on the size of the artwork.
  • All items are dispatched via “Airmail” as we have found this to be the fastest and safest option for international buyers.
  • Depending on size, your order will be delivered by either Australia Post Air Mail or International Courier.
  • International deliveries have a usual shipping time of 10 working days or more.
  • Customs duties vary from country to country so please contact your local customs office to find out whether duties are payable.

General shipping information

  • The delivery guidelines may vary slightly depending on shipping destination and the size of the item to be shipped.
  • There are no additional shipping charges to be added to the purchase price.
